“The 1989 batch alumni ( Golden Jubilee batch) get-together was held at the Estuary island resorts, Poovar, Trivandrum on July 26th,2008. It was a day long event with over 60 alumni from all branches along with their families. The event was nostalgic with many of us having met after almost 20 years. The bonding, friendship and fraternity was evident among all. Everyone’s sizes ,shapes and hairlines have changed a great extent. Recalling old times and spreading gossip to families were everyones favourite past time. There were lots of games for families and kids. The location was fabulous and everyone enjoyed the sea. Later in the evening, some of us ventured to college (which looks more like a central jail). Except for a few new buildings and over grown acacia trees, the old magnificence of our institution still pervades. Mohan coffee house, nadar, kadar and Lords have all survived.

We look forward to a grand reunion for the 75th anniversary of our alma mater.”
